Contact OpenTrain support when you need help with account access, billing, payment methods, hiring, contracts, messages, or a workflow that does not behave as expected.

When to contact support

Email support@opentrain.ai if:
  • you cannot access your employer workspace;
  • a teammate invite or project share is not working;
  • a job, folder, proposal, or contract is missing from your workspace;
  • a payment method, invoice, authorization request, or milestone payment needs review;
  • messages or notifications are not reaching the expected person;
  • you think a candidate, message, or payment request is suspicious.

What to include

Include enough context for support to find the right workspace:
  • your employer organization name;
  • the job or folder name;
  • the page you were using;
  • the visible error message, if there is one;
  • a short description of what you expected to happen.

What not to send

Do not send:
  • card numbers or bank account details;
  • ID documents;
  • passwords, one-time codes, or magic-link URLs;
  • full private customer datasets;
  • private screenshots that show personal information, payment details, or customer data.
If support needs a screenshot, crop it to the relevant error and remove private details first.
