When to contact support
Email support@opentrain.ai if:- you cannot access your employer workspace;
- a teammate invite or project share is not working;
- a job, folder, proposal, or contract is missing from your workspace;
- a payment method, invoice, authorization request, or milestone payment needs review;
- messages or notifications are not reaching the expected person;
- you think a candidate, message, or payment request is suspicious.
What to include
Include enough context for support to find the right workspace:- your employer organization name;
- the job or folder name;
- the page you were using;
- the visible error message, if there is one;
- a short description of what you expected to happen.
What not to send
Do not send:- card numbers or bank account details;
- ID documents;
- passwords, one-time codes, or magic-link URLs;
- full private customer datasets;
- private screenshots that show personal information, payment details, or customer data.
