GET/api/public/v1/project-todos/export-csv

Returns the job’s complete assignment list as CSV for reporting. Requires project_todos:read and employer access to the job.

The response includes the CSV body, a suggested filename, the row count, and a redactions list. Formula-leading cell values are neutralized for spreadsheet safety, and the worker_email column is always served blank on this surface — personal emails never leave the platform through agent responses. People are identified by contract ID and masked display name.
