Validate and checksum every canonical instruction page for one job.

GET/api/public/v1/instructions/jobs/{jobId}/verify

Reads every page from the same canonical source used by the job editor. Requires instructions:read and employer access.

The response contains the exact employer URL, tree checksum, page count, and per-page checksum, node count, stable-ID count, image URLs, render status, and semantic findings. ok is false when an error-level finding remains.
