The Role

OpenTrain AI is hiring a Persian Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated Persian/Farsi content and trainer or QA submissions. You will assess work against project rubrics, provide precise written feedback, identify recurring quality issues, and help remote contributors stay aligned with Persian language standards.

The role also includes supporting onboarding, maintaining style guides and project documentation, and contributing to scalable quality workflows for Persian-language projects.

• Intermediate experience level
• Hourly project work
• Contractor and part-time engagement
• Rate of up to $25 per hour
• 20+ hours per week

What You'll Do

You will combine careful Persian language review with clear communication and practical quality coordination. Your work will help trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, and QAs understand expectations and resolve recurring issues.

• Review Persian/Farsi AI-generated content and trainer or QA submissions against project guidelines
• Assess accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, formatting, and instruction-following
• Identify mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, incorrect register, terminology issues, and formatting problems
• Provide clear written feedback to trainers and QAs
• Communicate project updates, workflow changes, and quality expectations to remote contributors
• Support onboarding and maintain FAQs, trackers, examples, style guides, and other quality materials
• Help identify workflow improvements and strengthen scalable QA processes for Persian-language projects

Requirements

This position requires advanced Persian/Farsi language judgment as well as strong English communication for feedback and team coordination. You should be comfortable applying detailed rubrics consistently across language and localization reviews.

• Native or near-native Persian/Farsi proficiency with strong reading, writing, and editing ability
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in Persian/Farsi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related review workflows
• Strong command of Persian grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, tone, register, cultural context, Persian script conventions, and right-to-left formatting
• Ability to evaluate Persian content against detailed rubrics
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in language review
• Experience supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred
