The role

We're hiring a Persian Quality Assurance Lead to own quality for Persian/Farsi AI-training tasks. You will review AI-generated text and submissions from trainers/QAs against project rubrics, provide written feedback, maintain style guides and documentation, and help scale QA workflows for Persian-language projects.

• Position type: Remote contractor, part-time
• Time: 20+ hours per week
• Pay: up to $25/hour

What you'll do

You will perform rubric-based evaluation and mentorship to keep Persian-language outputs accurate, fluent, and culturally appropriate. This work includes hands-on review, documentation, and coordination with remote contributors to resolve recurring issues.

• Review Persian/Farsi AI-generated content and trainer/QA submissions against project guidelines
• Assess accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, formatting, and instruction-following
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback to trainers and QAs
• Support onboarding, create and maintain style guides, FAQs, examples, and trackers
• Communicate project updates and quality expectations to remote contributors
• Identify workflow improvements and strengthen scalable QA processes

Who we're looking for

This role is for someone with strong Persian/Farsi language expertise and the ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics. You should be comfortable providing written feedback in English for coordination and documentation.

• Native or near-native Persian/Farsi reading and writing ability
• Strong English communication skills for feedback and team coordination
• Experience in Persian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or annotation workflows
• Deep understanding of Persian grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, cultural context, script conventions, and right-to-left formatting
• Comfort identifying mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, register or terminology issues
• Experience supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred

Technical details and scope

This work focuses on TEXT data and includes evaluation ratings and RLHF-style review tasks. You will use project rubrics to assign evaluation ratings and provide written notes to improve model outputs and trainer submissions.
