Ukrainian-Speaking Quality Assurance Lead

As a Ukrainian Quality Assurance Lead, you will review AI-generated Ukrainian content and trainer QA work across Ukrainian AI training projects. You will compare work with project guidelines and rubrics, give clear written feedback, and help keep quality consistent across remote contributors.

You will also answer language questions, support trainers and QAs, maintain documentation, and help improve QA workflows.

• Review Ukrainian AI training outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, instruction-following, formatting, and rubric adherence.
• Find recurring quality issues and share updates with trainers and QAs.
• Answer questions about Ukrainian wording, translation accuracy, register, terminology, and difficult cases.
• Support contributor onboarding, training calls, documentation, and activation of contributors who are not working consistently.
• Help improve workflows and build scalable QA processes for Ukrainian-language projects.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor. The work requires strong Ukrainian language knowledge, clear English communication, and experience with language review or related AI training workflows.

• Pay: $30 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Remote contractor role.
• Open to candidates in Canada, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, the United States, and Ukraine.
• Language skills: Fluent Ukrainian with strong reading and writing ability, plus strong English for project communication and feedback.
• Experience in Ukrainian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work.
• Deep knowledge of Ukrainian grammar, spelling, punctuation, declension, gender agreement, tone, register, and cultural context.
• Comfort using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
• Prior experience leading or supporting trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
• Helpful background includes a bachelor's or master's degree in Ukrainian, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt or response evaluation, or rubric-based language model QA is helpful.
