About AI Training and Language Quality Work

The Role

As Turkish Quality Assurance Lead, you will oversee quality across Turkish AI training projects. You will review AI-generated Turkish content and trainer QA submissions, provide precise written feedback, identify recurring issues, and help contributors follow Turkish language standards.

You will also support onboarding, maintain project documentation, and help improve scalable workflows for Turkish-language quality operations. Strong written Turkish and English communication will be important for reviewing content, explaining expectations, and coordinating project updates.

What You'll Do

You will combine detailed language review with contributor support and process improvement. Your feedback should be clear, actionable, and aligned with project requirements.

• Review Turkish AI training outputs and trainer QA submissions for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, and formatting
• Provide clear written feedback and escalate recurring or critical quality issues
• Communicate project updates and quality expectations to trainers and QAs
• Support contributor onboarding and training calls
• Maintain Turkish project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials
• Identify workflow improvements and strengthen scalable QA processes for Turkish-language projects

Requirements

This role requires advanced Turkish language judgment as well as the ability to communicate quality decisions in English. You should be comfortable reviewing nuanced language issues and working with digital collaboration and project-management tools.

• Native or near-native Turkish proficiency with strong reading and writing ability
• Strong English skills for project communication and written feedback
• Background in Turkish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work
• Strong understanding of Turkish grammar, spelling, punctuation, vowel harmony, suffixation, agglutinative structures, tone, register, and cultural context
• Comfort working with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Turkish, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education, quality assurance, or a related field
