About AI training and this work
AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human-feedback work) is how modern models learn from real language examples and human judgment. Contributors directly shape how systems write, translate, and respond—making this a practical, flexible way to work in tech without traditional software engineering.
This role focuses on Dutch language quality: evaluating model outputs, writing reference answers, and flagging inaccuracies, tone problems, or safety risks so models produce correct, natural, and culturally appropriate Dutch.
Flexible, remote, and often part-time—suitable for freelancers and language professionals.
Work impacts model accuracy across customer support, education, conversational agents, and general knowledge tasks.
The role
We’re hiring a Dutch AI language quality specialist to review AI-generated Dutch text, produce gold-standard reference answers and prompts, and provide clear written feedback. You will evaluate fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, register, cultural appropriateness, prompt adherence, and reasoning.

What you'll do day-to-day
Your main responsibilities combine quality review, content creation, and evaluation. Expect to compare multiple model responses, produce model answers, and write actionable feedback that helps engineers and annotators improve model behavior.
