About AI Training and Language QA

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People review, rate, edit, translate, and evaluate examples so AI systems can produce more accurate, natural, and useful results.

In language quality assurance, careful reviewers assess meaning, grammar, tone, formatting, and cultural fit. This work helps shape how AI understands and communicates in real-world languages.

  • Work directly on Dutch-language AI training and localization quality.
  • Use project rubrics and written feedback to improve model and contributor outputs.
  • Contribute to a fast-growing field at the intersection of language expertise and technology.

  • Check work against project guidelines, formatting rules, and project-specific rubrics.
  • Provide precise written feedback to trainers and QAs.
  • Communicate workflow updates and clarify guideline interpretations.
  • Track recurring quality issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
  • Support contributor onboarding and help manage contributor activation.
  • Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and other project documentation.
  • Evaluate text outputs through rating and summarization workflows.

Required Qualifications

This role requires strong Dutch language judgment and the ability to communicate quality decisions in English. You should be comfortable working with documentation, remote teams, project rubrics, and fast-moving QA processes.

  • Experience reviewing translation quality, localization, Dutch QA work, editing, writing, or related language-review workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch grammar, spelling, register, tone, and cultural context.
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated content and trainer submissions against detailed rubrics.
  • Comfort working with remote teams, documentation, and evolving processes.
  • Availability for 20 or more hours per week.
