About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building modern AI systems. Reviewers create and judge examples that teach models how to write, translate, answer questions, and behave safely.
This type of work is often flexible and accessible: many projects let you choose hours and are open to contributors with strong language skills or domain knowledge rather than formal technical degrees.
You will influence how state-of-the-art AI handles Thai language, tone, and cultural nuance.
Typical tasks include evaluating model outputs, writing reference answers, and providing clear, actionable feedback.
The Role
OpenTrain is hiring a Thai Language AI Review Expert to evaluate AI-generated Thai content, write high-quality Thai reference responses, and provide precise feedback that improves fluency, correctness, tone, and cultural appropriateness.

Employment type: Contractor, Part‑time.
Time requirement: 20+ hours/week.
Location: Candidates must be located in Thailand.
What You'll Do
You will assess AI outputs for linguistic quality and cultural fit, create gold‑standard rewrites, and rank multiple responses by correctness and overall quality. Tasks span general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing.

Requirements
You must be native or near-native in Thai reading and writing with strong professional English proficiency. The role expects deep knowledge of Thai spelling, punctuation, segmentation, tone, and register, plus comfort handling different politeness and formality levels.
Native or near-native Thai reading and writing ability.

Helpful Background
Candidates with degrees or professional experience in Linguistics, Thai or English Literature, Translation, Journalism, Communications, or related fields will be well-suited. Practical experience adapting content for customer support, education, or conversational scenarios is a plus.
