The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking an intermediate Thai Language Review Expert to evaluate AI-generated Thai content and produce high-quality Thai reference responses. You will assess fluency, correctness, tone, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to prompts.

The work includes translation judgment, register and politeness analysis, comparison of multiple model responses, and creation of rewrites and gold-standard answers. Assignments may cover general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing.

What You'll Do

You will apply careful Thai language and editorial judgment to AI-generated content. Your feedback should be precise enough to explain subtle issues and guide improvements in future model responses.

• Review AI-generated Thai content for accuracy, fluency, spelling, grammar, tone, and cultural fit.
• Identify mistranslations, meaning shifts, register issues, ambiguity, politeness errors, and logical inconsistencies.
• Fact-check claims when needed and flag unsafe, misleading, biased, or policy-risk language.
• Write Thai rewrites and model answers that demonstrate strong language quality and best practices.
• Evaluate and rank multiple AI responses based on correctness and overall quality.
• Create prompts and gold-standard Thai answers across multiple domains.

Required Qualifications

This role requires advanced Thai language judgment, strong English communication, and close attention to details that can change meaning or affect cultural appropriateness. Prior experience in language, editorial, localization, or structured evaluation work is required.

• Native or near-native Thai reading and writing ability.
• Strong professional English proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Thai spelling, punctuation, segmentation, tone, and register.
• Comfort with Thai politeness and formality levels for different audiences.
• Strong attention to subtle meaning shifts and culturally mismatched phrasing.
• Prior experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, or rubric-based evaluation.
