About AI Training and Localization

In this role, your Hindi language expertise will directly support the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated content across different use cases.

The Role

As a Hindi AI Localization Expert, you will review AI-generated Hindi responses, create high-quality language content, and evaluate reasoning quality. You will use senior-level localization judgment to assess accuracy, clarity, cultural nuance, and adherence to project guidelines.

What You'll Do

You will make consistent, evidence-based decisions about the quality of AI-generated Hindi content. Your work will include both creating model-ready language examples and identifying issues that could affect accuracy, usability, or cultural appropriateness.

• Review AI-generated Hindi responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality.
• Generate language content, explanations, and high-quality model solutions.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.
• Identify errors in methodology, conceptual understanding, or cultural nuance.
• Fact-check localized content, including units, references, names, and dates.
• Apply MQM and LQA concepts to produce consistent quality decisions.
• Assess register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance.

Required Qualifications

This role requires strong Hindi localization expertise, advanced English comprehension, and professional experience with translation quality processes. You should be comfortable interpreting evaluation guidelines, applying structured error typologies, and making precise editorial decisions.

• Native or near-native Hindi proficiency with strong command of India locale conventions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for interpreting prompts and evaluation guidelines.
• At least five years of professional localization or translation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MQM/LQA error typology for quality decisions.
• Proficiency with CAT tools and quality-assurance workflows.
• Excellent editorial judgment for register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, or a related field.
