The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Turkish Audio Language Evaluator to support AI training through careful review of Turkish audio clips and speaker or model outputs. You will apply native Turkish expertise to judge linguistic quality and communicate nuanced observations in English.

What You'll Do
You will evaluate Turkish audio using established guidelines and provide consistent, evidence-based judgments. Your feedback will help improve AI systems’ Turkish language understanding and generation.
Listen to Turkish audio clips and evaluate speaker or model output for nativeness and fluency.
Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity.
Record concise English feedback explaining the linguistic factors behind each judgment.
Provide detailed justifications so evaluations remain clear and consistent.
Clarify ambiguous language content with project coordinators.
Complete assigned audio reviews accurately and on time.
Requirements
The ideal contributor combines native-level Turkish ability with strong English communication skills and careful linguistic judgment. You should be able to recognize subtle differences in speech and explain your reasoning clearly in writing and conversation.
Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Turkish.
B2 or higher proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
Ability to distinguish and explain differences in pronunciation, intonation, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
