About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Bilingual Russian Psychology AI Reviewer (PhD) to support AI training work focused on Psychology AI Content Evaluation. This role uses Psychological case studies, assessments, and AI-generated content so AI systems can learn from structured human expertise, careful review, and clear written feedback. Prior AI training experience is not required unless stated elsewhere on this job page; the most important qualification is strong real-world knowledge of the subject area.

Required skills

- Fluency in Russian, English
- Strong written communication and careful attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed project instructions and apply rubrics consistently
- Comfort working independently on remote contractor tasks

Schedule and pay
Remote contractor work with flexible weekly hours over 1-3 months.
This role pays $100‑$200/hour, with estimated project earnings of $16,000‑$32,000 based on an OpenTrain assumption of 20 hours per week over the duration shown on OpenTrain.
