The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a bilingual mental health professional to evaluate and improve psychological content created by AI. You will assess material for accuracy, relevance, ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and clinical appropriateness across clinical, research, and therapeutic contexts.

This contractor role pays $100-$200 per hour and requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will review psychological content and training data with careful attention to clinical quality, cultural context, and ethical considerations. Your written feedback and verbal insights will help identify weaknesses and guide evidence-based improvements.

You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary contributors and support documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for continued AI development.

• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and clinical appropriateness
• Develop and review datasets involving case studies, assessments, and conversations
• Assess responses in clinical, research, and therapeutic contexts
• Identify bias, inaccuracies, ethical concerns, and culturally inappropriate content
• Recommend evidence-based improvements using psychological concepts and frameworks
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources

Requirements

This role calls for advanced mental health expertise and strong bilingual communication. The preferred background is a Ph.D. in psychology or an MD with completed psychiatry residency, together with experience evaluating clinical, research, or therapeutic psychological content.

You must have native proficiency in at least one listed language and advanced English communication skills. Experience in clinical practice, psychological research, higher education, or interdisciplinary technology-driven projects is relevant to this work.

• Experience evaluating clinical, research, or therapeutic psychological content
• Ability to identify bias, inaccuracies, and ethical issues in mental health outputs
• Native proficiency in French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical judgment when evaluating psychological data and narrative content
• Understanding of cultural sensitivity and clinical standards across diverse mental health contexts
