Russian-Speaking AI Trainer

As a Russian Language AI Trainer, you will help improve AI systems by reviewing Russian responses and writing examples that show what good Russian looks like. You will work across general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing.

You will explain problems clearly, rewrite weak content, and compare several responses to decide which is strongest.

• Review AI-generated Russian text for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural fit.
• Write high-quality Russian reference answers, rewrites, and model responses.
• Compare and rank multiple AI responses for overall quality.
• Check whether meaning is preserved, terminology is consistent, and the response follows the prompt.
• Identify mistranslations, ambiguity, logical inconsistencies, hallucinated claims, and policy-risk language.
• Flag unsafe or misleading content and explain the needed correction clearly.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor. The work requires strong Russian writing and careful judgment when reviewing language and AI-generated content.

• Pay: $25 USD per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Kazakhstan.
• Languages: Fluent Russian and strong professional English.
• Experience: Writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language work.
• Skills: Strong Russian grammar, punctuation, style, and control of multiple registers.
• You should be able to judge translation quality, cultural nuance, terminology consistency, and factual reliability.
• Prior AI data training, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation experience is preferred.
• Helpful background includes linguistics, Russian or English literature, communications, journalism, translation, product or user-interface localization, or a related degree.
• You should be comfortable working independently in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
