About this role. OpenTrain is recruiting a Russian-speaking psychiatrist, fluent in Russian and English, to help develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies used in AI training. This role combines clinical expertise, culturally informed analysis, bilingual documentation, and careful evaluation of mental health content. You will help improve how AI systems understand psychiatric concepts while applying professional ethics, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality to sensitive scenarios.
What you will do. You will develop complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world and culturally nuanced situations. You will evaluate psychological assessments and provide expert annotations grounded in Russian psychiatric practices. You will write clear clinical documentation and analytical materials in both Russian and English. You will review and critique AI evaluation methods in mental health contexts, contribute to bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange, and collaborate with interdisciplinary technology, research, or digital health teams. You will apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive case content and protect patient confidentiality.
Required skills. You should have a medical degree such as an MD, MBBS, or equivalent qualification, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license. The role requires fluent Russian fluency and advanced written and verbal English proficiency, as well as extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Russian clinical settings. Strong cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, and experience creating teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes are required. Familiarity with both Western and Russian psychiatric frameworks is important.
Helpful background. Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects involving technology, research, or digital health is helpful. A background in analytical evaluation, bilingual communication, or psychiatric education can support success in this work.
