The Work

You will support AI training by applying psychiatric expertise to case studies, assessments, documentation, and reviews of sensitive mental health content. The work includes Lithuanian and English communication and feedback on how AI systems interpret psychiatric concepts.

  • Develop complex psychiatric case studies based on real-world and culturally nuanced situations.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and create expert annotations based on Lithuanian psychiatric practices.
  • Write precise psychiatric documentation and analyses in Lithuanian and English.
  • Build bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
  • Review sensitive case content using ethical decision-making, confidentiality, and clinical best practices.
  • Evaluate AI analytical methods in mental health contexts and provide expert feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams improving AI understanding of psychiatric concepts.
