Romanian-Speaking AI Reviewer

You will assess AI-generated Romanian content and create high-quality reference responses. Your reviews will help improve accuracy, fluency, clarity, safety, and reliability across areas such as general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing.

• Review Romanian AI content for correctness, fluency, tone, cultural fit, and adherence to the prompt.
• Write reference answers and model responses that reflect strong Romanian writing.
• Find mistranslations, awkward literal phrasing, unclear meaning, inconsistent terminology, and logical errors.
• Check claims when needed and rewrite content for clarity and concision without changing its meaning.
• Compare multiple AI responses and rate them for structure, safety, fidelity, and tone.
• Identify hallucinated claims, bias, ambiguity, and policy-risk language.

What it pays and takes

This is remote, part-time contract work focused on candidates in Romania. You will use English for feedback and guidelines while reviewing and writing Romanian content.

• Pay: Up to $20 per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Romania.
• Languages: Fluent Romanian and strong professional English.
• Work background: Writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language work.
• Language skills: Strong command of Romanian grammar, spelling, diacritics, punctuation, style, and formal and informal registers.
• Terminology: Ability to maintain consistent product or user-interface terms.
• Preferred experience: AI data training, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, rubric-based evaluation, model evaluation, or prompt-response writing.
• Helpful education: A bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Romanian or English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field.
• Helpful knowledge: Experience spotting hallucinations, bias, or unsafe language in AI outputs.
• Project scale: Hiring includes 100 total positions across countries.
