The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a PowerPoint presentation reconstruction and review expert with a background in media, publishing, entertainment, design, or a related field. You will work with slides covering arts, media, and design topics, including editorial strategies, audience analyses, production plans, and creative reviews.

The role combines accurate recreation from visual references with disciplined improvements to visual communication, data presentation, narrative structure, and editorial quality. You must preserve factual accuracy, terminology, caveats, and domain definitions while making context-sensitive enhancements.

What You'll Do

You will recreate business-centric slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint and provide a detailed rationale for your work. Strong submissions should explain both the changes made and the elements intentionally retained, showing clear, evidence-based reasoning rather than unexplained redesign.

• Recreate slide text, charts, layouts, terminology, caveats, and domain definitions accurately
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint to reproduce presentation materials from images
• Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, and professional presentation quality
• Strengthen data visualization and visual storytelling using sound design and media communication practices
• Edit content and improve message hierarchy without compromising factual accuracy
• Write detailed rationales for design and editorial decisions
• Assess and defend changes instead of simply modifying weaker elements

Requirements

Applicants should have at least three years of practical experience in media, publishing, entertainment, design, or a related field, along with strong hands-on presentation experience. The role requires careful reconstruction skills, sophisticated visual judgment, and the ability to explain decisions clearly in writing.

Experience with AI training data, model evaluation, or rubric writing is helpful but is not required. You should be comfortable working from visual references and making disciplined, well-explained improvements.
