The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an Operations Presentation Review and Reconstruction Expert to recreate business slides from reference images in Microsoft PowerPoint and improve their visual communication. Materials may cover process improvement, logistics, service-level performance, and capacity planning.
You will preserve defensible existing decisions while making purposeful improvements to slide content, structure, data visualization, and narrative flow. The work is intended for executive and client-facing audiences and requires strong operational judgment.

What You’ll Do
You will reconstruct complete business slides from reference images and document the reasoning behind your work. Accuracy, clarity, domain integrity, and purposeful design decisions are central to the role.
- Rebuild slide text, charts, layouts, and presentation structure in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Review content involving operations, logistics, service delivery, process improvement, and capacity planning

- Edit executive and client-facing materials for precision, factual accuracy, and clarity

Requirements
