About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Specialists review, organize, evaluate, and improve examples so modern AI systems can produce more accurate and useful results.
This role applies that process to executive-level HR and learning presentation materials. Your expertise helps assess message hierarchy, factual accuracy, visual communication, and the quality of business content used in AI training.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an HR and Learning Development PowerPoint Reconstruction Specialist to review and enhance business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint. You will create clear, professional, executive-ready presentations while preserving important HR and learning and development definitions, caveats, supporting evidence, and factual accuracy.

What You'll Do
You will reconstruct presentation materials from source images and make thoughtful improvements to both their content and design. The work requires strong judgment about what to change, what to retain, and how to explain the reasoning behind each decision.
Materials may include organization design decks, training modules, workforce planning content, and compensation reviews. You will assess message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and exhibit selection across these materials.
