The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced HR, Learning and Development Experts for a remote, project-based contractor role focused on PowerPoint review and reconstruction. You will receive images of business slides related to human resources, learning and development, and organizational strategy, then rebuild and refine them in Microsoft PowerPoint.
The work includes evaluating visual and written content, improving executive-level presentation materials, and documenting the reasoning behind your changes. Source materials may cover organization design, talent development, workforce planning, training modules, and compensation and benefits strategy.
The expected commitment is under 20 hours per week, with each slide assignment anticipated to take 1 to 2 hours. Overall volume may vary by project sprint, and the project is expected to last under one month.

What You'll Do
You will reconstruct business slides from static images while applying strong judgment about clarity, visual hierarchy, message structure, and professional executive design. You will also refine the content and explain the choices behind both your improvements and the original elements you preserve.
- Rebuild business slides in Microsoft PowerPoint from static images
- Improve content structure, data layout, visual flow, and storytelling for senior executive and client audiences
- Edit slide messaging while preserving important HR and L&D terminology, qualifications, assumptions, and data accuracy
- Create a detailed rationale log for each assignment
- Strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, title structures, and graphic selections
- Work across organization design decks, talent strategy proposals, training modules, and compensation reviews
- Document why specific visual and content decisions were changed or retained
Required Expertise And Qualifications
This role requires practical knowledge of human resources and learning and development strategy, along with the ability to turn complex business information into polished, executive-ready presentations. Prior AI experience is not required; the project values your real-world HR and L&D expertise.
Candidates should be able to work independently in a remote, sprint-driven environment and clearly explain the reasoning behind message hierarchy, structural flow, and visual choices.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Workforce Strategy
- Experience may come from industry or consulting backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders, boards, or enterprise clients
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, data visualization, and visual layout skills
- Strong critical thinking, content editing, written communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to preserve HR and L&D terminology while improving clarity and structure
- Prior AI data annotation, evaluation, or rubric-writing experience is a plus but not required
