About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors review, create, and improve examples that help AI systems understand information, communicate clearly, and produce more useful results.
This project applies that work to professional research presentations. Your reconstruction decisions, edits, and written rationale will help train AI models to recognize high-quality slide design, accurate research communication, and effective data visualization.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Research & Insights Expert to review images of real-world research slides and rebuild them in Microsoft PowerPoint. You will improve clarity and visual impact while preserving factual accuracy, research context, definitions, and caveats.
The work covers research readouts, survey results, segmentation analyses, and competitive landscapes. Each slide engagement is expected to take 1-2 hours, and assignments are delivered through flexible, sprint-driven production cycles.
- Flexible, task-based contractor engagement
- 20+ hours per week
- Ongoing project with no fixed end date
- Hourly compensation of $150-$350
- English-language work
- Available in the listed eligible countries
What You'll Do
You will combine research expertise, presentation design, data visualization, and careful content editing. Every reconstruction should communicate the underlying insight accurately while making the slide easier to understand and more compelling for an executive or client audience.
You will also create a detailed log for each assignment, documenting changes and explaining why specific elements were retained, revised, or rejected.
