About AI training work

AI training (data labeling / annotation / human feedback) is how people teach models to understand language and behavior. Contributors perform tasks like reviewing outputs, writing reference answers, rating responses, and flagging unsafe or incorrect content.

This role focuses on Polish-language model behavior across general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing — work that directly improves how Polish-language AI systems respond.

The role

As a Polish Language AI Trainer you will review AI-generated Polish content, create gold-standard answers, and evaluate model outputs for correctness, fluency, tone, cultural appropriateness, grammar, spelling, register, and logical consistency.

This is contractor, part-time work requiring 20+ hours per week. You will be paid $30 USD per hour and work remotely while reporting to OpenTrain AI.

What you'll do

Daily tasks center on evaluating and improving Polish text produced by models. You will compare responses, rate quality, write rewrites, and produce reference answers used to train and evaluate models.

• Review AI-generated Polish content for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural fit
• Identify mistranslations, ambiguity, register issues, and logical inconsistencies
• Fact-check claims when needed and rewrite text to improve clarity and correctness
• Create gold-standard Polish answers and prompts across multiple domains
• Rate and compare model responses based on correctness and overall quality
• Flag unsafe, misleading, or biased language and validate reliability across use cases

Requirements

• Native or near-native Polish proficiency with strong reading and writing ability
• Strong professional English proficiency for detailed written feedback
• Deep knowledge of Polish grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and multiple registers
• Experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or similar language-focused work
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Polish/English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or equivalent experience
• Ability to spot mistranslations, hallucinations, and factual errors
• Familiarity with AI data training, translation QA, or rubric-based evaluation is a strong plus
