The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Malayalam Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated Malayalam content and trainer QA work. You will evaluate submissions against project guidelines and provide precise written feedback that supports quality, consistency, and cultural accuracy.

The role also includes trainer communication, question handling, activation follow-up, documentation, onboarding support, and process improvement across Malayalam-language AI training projects.

What You'll Do

You will combine detailed Malayalam language review with structured quality operations. Your feedback and documentation will help trainers and QAs apply project standards consistently across remote workflows.

• Review Malayalam items and trainer QA submissions for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, meaning preservation, formatting, and rubric adherence
• Provide clear written feedback and communicate updates to trainers and QAs
• Handle questions and support activation follow-up within remote workflows
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials
• Support onboarding and training sessions
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend workflow improvements

Requirements

This role requires strong Malayalam language ability, effective English communication, and relevant experience reviewing or improving language content. Organized documentation habits and comfort working remotely are also important.

• Native or near-native Malayalam proficiency with strong reading and writing ability
• Strong English communication for guidelines, feedback, and team coordination
• Experience in Malayalam writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language review work
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and organized documentation practices
