The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Italian Audio Recording Expert to produce high-fidelity audio recordings for an AI training project focused on large-scale audio data creation. You will record in native Italian, follow detailed specifications, and deliver polished audio files using your own professional recording setup.

This is a contractor opportunity with part-time status and worldwide eligibility. The pay rate is $20-$40 USD per hour.

What You'll Do

You will create clear, consistent recordings while following scripts, prompts, and project protocols. The role also includes communication with project managers and technical contacts, quality feedback, and secure file delivery.

• Produce high-fidelity audio recordings in native Italian.
• Use professional-grade audio equipment to achieve strong sound quality and minimize background noise.
• Follow scripts or prompts accurately while maintaining natural speech and intonation.
• Submit sample recordings during the initial project evaluation using your best recording setup.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical contacts through written and verbal communication.
• Provide feedback on recording guidelines and suggest improvements based on your expertise.
• Complete deliverables on time and transfer audio files securely according to project protocols.

Requirements

Applicants should bring professional audio or voice experience, native-level Italian ability, and the equipment needed to create polished recordings. Careful attention to diction, pronunciation, technical quality, and project instructions is essential.
