Why AI Training Work Matters
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human foundation of modern AI. People prepare and review examples—like translations, ratings, and content evaluations—that teach models how to perform in real languages and cultural contexts.
This work is highly flexible, often remote and part-time, and gives contributors direct influence over how state-of-the-art systems behave when handling Indonesian language content.
The Role
You will serve as the Indonesian Quality Assurance Lead, overseeing quality and consistency across Indonesian-language AI training projects. This contractor role focuses on reviewing AI-generated Indonesian content and trainer QA work, judging outputs against project guidelines and rubrics, and providing precise written feedback to help contributors meet standards.
You will help maintain documentation, support onboarding, identify recurring issues, and assist with activating contributors who are not working consistently.
