About AI Training and Language QA
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors review model responses, evaluate language quality, and provide feedback that helps AI systems become more accurate, natural, useful, and culturally appropriate.
This role focuses on Hebrew-language evaluation and quality assurance. Your judgment will help shape how AI handles Hebrew grammar, tone, localization, meaning, and right-to-left content.
Remote work in a fast-growing technology field
Flexible part-time contracting with a 20+ hour weekly commitment
Direct contribution to the development of modern AI systems
The Role
OpenTrain is hiring an intermediate-level Hebrew Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated Hebrew content and trainer or QA submissions across Hebrew AI training projects. You will assess work against detailed guidelines, identify recurring quality issues, and provide precise written feedback that improves project accuracy and consistency.
Beyond quality review, you will help maintain documentation, support contributor onboarding, communicate workflow updates, and keep trainers and QAs aligned as Hebrew language standards and project requirements evolve.
