OpenTrain is the #1 platform for people building careers in AI training and data labeling. We connect language experts, reviewers, and annotators with ongoing AI training work, help contributors build a unified portfolio, and support career growth across projects.
OpenTrain is the hiring organization for this role. You will work directly with OpenTrain teams to shape Hebrew-language workflows and improve the quality of models that learn from human examples.
AI training (data labeling/annotation) is the human side of building intelligent systems: people prepare, evaluate, and correct examples models learn from. Contributors work remotely, often part-time and with flexible hours, and directly influence how state-of-the-art systems understand and generate language.
This role focuses on Hebrew-language review and quality assurance for generative model outputs and trainer/QAs, placing you at the center of how Hebrew AI behavior is shaped.
As the Hebrew Quality Assurance Lead you will review AI-generated Hebrew content and submissions from trainers and QAs across Hebrew projects. Your work ensures outputs meet project rubrics for accuracy, fluency, tone, cultural appropriateness, formatting, and meaning preservation.
You will also maintain documentation, support onboarding, communicate updates to contributors, and escalate or track recurring quality issues so workflows stay aligned with evolving Hebrew language standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities combine hands-on review, feedback writing, and lightweight leadership to keep contributor work accurate and consistent.
You must meet the core skills and location requirements below. OpenTrain requires clear ability to evaluate Hebrew content against detailed rubrics and to communicate in English with project teams.
The following experience is not required but will make you a stronger candidate and help you move into a leadership capacity faster.
Compensation is hourly: USD 55 per hour. This is a contractor, part-time role that requires 20+ hours per week and is open only to candidates based in Israel. Work centers on text data and includes evaluation rating and RLHF-style labeling tasks.
Create a free OpenTrain account, complete your profile, and submit your application. Include examples or a brief summary of your Hebrew editing, translation, or QA experience if available.
If selected, you will participate in onboarding, review sample tasks, and begin work using collaborative tools such as Google Docs/Sheets and communication platforms used by the project team.
