The Role
OpenTrain AI is hiring a Greek Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated Greek content and trainer QA work across Greek AI training projects. You will evaluate output quality against project guidelines and provide precise written feedback to remote contributors.
This contractor role requires 20 or more hours per week and pays $30 USD per hour. The work is intended for candidates based in Greece who have native or near-native Greek writing and editing ability, along with strong English communication skills.

What You'll Do
You will assess Greek-language AI training content and trainer submissions, communicate clear quality expectations, and help project teams identify and resolve recurring issues. The role combines detailed language review with contributor support, documentation, and process improvement.
Review Greek AI training content and trainer QA submissions for quality and consistency
Check accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, and cultural appropriateness
Evaluate meaning preservation, instruction-following, formatting, and adherence to detailed rubrics
Account for differences between Greece and Cyprus usage when reviewing content
Provide clear written feedback and escalate recurring or critical issues
Communicate project updates, guidelines, and expectations to trainers and QAs
Support contributor onboarding and training calls
Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials
Identify workflow gaps and propose process improvements for Greek-language projects
Help activate contributors who are not working consistently
Required Qualifications
You should be comfortable making detailed, consistent language judgments against project guidelines and explaining your decisions in writing. Experience with Greek language review, remote contributor teams, or AI evaluation workflows will help you succeed.
Native or near-native Greek proficiency with strong reading, writing, and editing skills
Strong English communication for project guidelines and team coordination
Experience in Greek writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows
Strong understanding of Greek grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, and cultural context
Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics
Experience supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs
Experience reviewing Greek translation or localization quality
Ability to judge tone, register, grammar, and cultural appropriateness
Familiarity with AI training, large language model evaluation, or rubric-based QA
Helpful Background and Tools
