Quality Assurance Lead

You will lead quality review for Traditional Chinese content used in AI training for the Hong Kong market. The work combines language quality, localization, and structured review against detailed rubrics.

• Review Hong Kong Traditional Chinese and Cantonese-influenced content for accuracy, fluency, grammar, punctuation, tone, cultural fit, meaning, and formatting.
• Evaluate trainer and QA submissions against project rubrics and provide clear written feedback.
• Identify recurring issues with wording, terminology, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Share project updates and quality expectations with remote trainers, reviewers, editors, annotators, and QAs.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, onboarding materials, and other quality documentation.
• Support onboarding sessions and help improve QA workflows that can scale across projects.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an expert-level contributor working with Hong Kong Traditional Chinese and Cantonese content.

• Pay: Up to $40 per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in Hong Kong.
• Language: Fluent Traditional Chinese for Hong Kong, strong Cantonese knowledge, and strong English communication skills.
• Experience: Traditional Chinese writing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related review workflows.
• Team experience: Supporting remote trainers, reviewers, editors, annotators, or QA contributors.
• Work style: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and structured communication.
