The Arabic Quality Assurance Lead Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking an Arabic Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality and consistency across Arabic AI training projects. You will review AI-generated Arabic content and trainer QA work, evaluate outputs against project guidelines, provide precise written feedback, and help maintain high standards across evolving Arabic-language workflows.

The role requires careful judgment across accuracy, fluency, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, formatting, and terminology. You will also track recurring issues, support contributor onboarding, and maintain documentation that helps teams work consistently.

What You'll Do

You will combine detailed Arabic language review with structured quality management. Your feedback will help trainers and reviewers understand quality gaps, apply rubrics consistently, and improve the reliability of Arabic AI training workflows.

• Review Arabic AI training outputs and trainer QA work against project rubrics and style guidance.
• Identify grammar, spelling, tone, register, dialect consistency, translation fidelity, RTL formatting, and terminology issues.
• Evaluate mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, incorrect register, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, and inconsistent terminology.
• Provide clear written feedback and communicate updates to trainers and QAs.
• Help resolve recurring quality gaps and track patterns across projects.
• Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
• Support onboarding and training for contributors working on Arabic-language quality workflows.
• Help improve scalable QA processes for Arabic AI training projects.

Required Qualifications

You should be a native or near-native Arabic reader and writer with strong English communication skills for detailed feedback, coordination, and project guidelines. Relevant experience may come from Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.

• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong reading and writing skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, and RTL formatting
• Knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic, regional variation, tone, and register
• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics
• Experience reviewing Arabic translation quality, localization, or QA work
• Familiarity with AI training or rubric-based LLM QA workflows

Leadership and Collaboration

This role involves helping others apply Arabic quality standards consistently. Experience supporting or leading remote teams of trainers, reviewers, editors, or QAs is a strong plus, particularly when paired with clear written communication and organized documentation practices.
