You will review AI-generated responses in Arabic and English and create bilingual training content. Your feedback will help improve how AI systems respond, explain ideas, and follow evaluation guidelines.
- Write or improve expert responses and explain your reasoning clearly.
- Review source materials and AI outputs against project guidelines.
- Evaluate and rank responses for accuracy, fluency, context, and reasoning quality.
- Find errors, missing concepts, inaccurate claims, bias, and unclear explanations.
- Create prompts, model answers, and bilingual examples that show correct methods.
- Explain your decisions clearly and apply detailed rubrics consistently across review tasks.
What it pays and takes
This is a part-time contractor role for candidates based in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, or South Africa. Previous AI training, annotation, or evaluation work is helpful but not required.
- Pay: $15 per hour.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.
- Location: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, or South Africa.
- Languages: Fluent Arabic and C1 or higher English reading and writing.
- Arabic: Strong writing and editing skills in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect.
- Experience: At least three years in translation, localization, editorial quality assurance, content quality, linguistic review, or equivalent experience.
- Education or professional background in linguistics, translation, Arabic, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong fact-checking habits, attention to detail, and independent work skills.
- Familiarity with Arabic localization for MENA, including terminology, formatting, and cultural nuance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous contractor setting.
