Once your job is published and candidates start applying, the employer dashboard gives you the tools to review, organize, and act on every applicant.
Assign multiple related jobs to the same folder. The folder-level Screening tab aggregates all candidates across those jobs into one table — you can compare applicants side by side without jumping between individual job views.

Job details view

Click any job in My Jobs to open the Job Details tab. Inside, you’ll find several sub-tabs:
TabWhat you’ll find
ProposalsAll proposals submitted for this job, with AI interview summaries and screening status
MessagesPost-hire Job DM conversation with the hired trainer
ContractActive contract details and milestone status
PostingYour published job description and settings
InstructionsJob task guidelines and instructions for hired trainers
SettingsJob visibility and other configuration options

Reviewing proposals

The Proposals tab shows every candidate who has submitted a proposal. For each candidate you can see:
  • Their AI interview summary and score
  • Structured screening answers (LinkedIn, experience, availability, etc.)
  • Proposal message and rate
  • Resume review signals (flagged automatically when the AI interview detects a mismatch between their answers and resume)
Click a proposal to open the candidate detail view. From here you can message the candidate directly (a pre-hire Proposal DM) or proceed to hire.

Folders

Folders organize groups of jobs — typically by client or project campaign. Each folder has its own:
  • Job list — all jobs assigned to the folder
  • Screening tab — structured AI interview answers aggregated across every job in the folder
  • Folder messages — communications scoped to the folder

Create a folder

  1. From My Jobs, click New Folder
  2. Give the folder a name, optional description, and color
  3. Click Save
You can also create a folder while posting a job (Step 5 of the wizard), which simultaneously assigns the new job to it.

Add a job to a folder

From My Jobs, open the action menu (···) on any job and select Add to Folder. Choose an existing folder or create a new one from the modal.

Folder-level screening

Inside a folder, the Screening tab displays a unified table of all candidates who completed an AI interview for any job in that folder. You can:
  • Filter by status: All, Shortlisted, Complete, or Missing Required
  • Search by candidate name or answer value
  • Configure which columns appear using Manage columns
  • Export the full table as a CSV

Hiring a candidate

When you’re ready to hire, open the candidate’s proposal and click Hire. This action:
  1. Creates a contract between you and the trainer
  2. Funds the first milestone immediately via Stripe
  3. Creates a new Job DM conversation — a dedicated 1:1 channel between you and the hired trainer for post-contract communication
  4. Sends hire notifications to the trainer
The pre-hire Proposal DM stays exactly as it was — it is not converted or merged into the Job DM. After hiring, use the Job DM (visible in the Messages tab of the job) for ongoing contract communication.
When a job is fully staffed, use Done Hiring from the job’s action menu to signal that you’re no longer accepting proposals.
