The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Voice Actor specializing in Latin American Spanish voice cloning. You will record high-quality samples for training and evaluating text-to-speech systems used in a CX AI Agent project.

This contractor, part-time opportunity is open to native Latin American Spanish speakers currently based in Latin America. The expected commitment is 5 to 10 hours per week over the project duration, with pay ranging from $50 to $100 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will produce consistent, natural, and expressive recordings across a range of scripts and delivery styles. Detailed recording instructions will guide the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting for each session.

• Record high-quality voice samples from conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts
• Deliver clear speech with strong control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, intonation, diction, and emotional range
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions
• Follow recording guidelines for the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
• Complete multiple takes with varied emotion, emphasis, and style when requested
• Follow scripts precisely while keeping the delivery natural

Requirements

Applicants must be native-level Latin American Spanish speakers currently based in Latin America and able to deliver neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent. Professional voice performance experience and suitable recording equipment are essential.

Because the project involves voice cloning for a specific AI training use case, you must be willing to provide the required consent for that use.
