Technology Transactions Contract Review Attorney

The work

You will support AI training and evaluation for legal contract work. The role uses your experience with technology transactions to test simulated legal workflows and give clear feedback on AI performance.

• Perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving technology contracts.
• Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios.
• Identify problems in legal reasoning, risk assessment, and contract interpretation.
• Provide practical feedback that improves the accuracy and legal judgment of AI systems.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI performance.
• Refine review data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract analysis.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for attorneys with hands-on technology transactions experience. The work is conducted in English and is available to applicants in eligible countries worldwide.

• Pay: $100-$200 per hour.
• Schedule: 20+ hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Remote, part-time contract work.
• Language: English.
• Education: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensing: Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience: At least three years of counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
• Contract experience: Negotiating or reviewing master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and data processing agreements.
• Core skills: Strong written and verbal communication, close attention to detail, analytical judgment, and the ability to turn legal expertise into useful feedback for AI systems.
• Helpful background: Experience with AI, legal technology, training initiatives, or a corporate law firm.
