About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Stripe Payment Operations AI Training Specialist to complete and document realistic payment and financial operations workflows in Stripe. You will generate high-quality interaction data for AI development by carrying out practical workflows, explaining the actions taken, and reviewing the resulting work against defined quality standards.

What you will do
Complete assigned payment and financial operations workflows in Stripe based on detailed instructions. Navigate and manage customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, transactions, and related records. Record your screen while demonstrating workflow steps and the use of relevant Stripe features. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows. Document processes clearly and review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.

Required skills
Strong hands-on Stripe experience in a finance, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or related professional setting. Practical knowledge of payment processing, billing, subscriptions, invoicing, refunds, disputes, or financial operations. Current access to Stripe and the ability to navigate it independently. Comfort recording and sharing your screen, including appearing on camera while explaining workflows. Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.

Helpful background
Prior human-data experience, including data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or model evaluation, is valuable. Familiarity with Stripe Billing, reporting, and other Stripe features is also helpful.

Work Style
This is remote contractor work performed independently while following project instructions and quality standards. The role combines hands-on Stripe operations, workflow documentation, prompt and rubric creation, screen-recorded demonstrations, and quality review.
