The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert tasks for advanced AI agents. You will translate revenue operations scenarios into objectively gradable exercises involving account data, bookings, fulfillment, recognized revenue, CRM records, orders, email, and chat.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role for professionals located in India, with the role highlighting Bangalore. The expected commitment is 20 or more hours per week, and compensation is $20-$50 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will design realistic business tasks, establish clear standards for success, and test the resulting exercises against AI models. The work combines revenue operations judgment with careful writing, validation, and iterative refinement.

• Author prompts based on bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment status, and recognized revenue.
• Write scoring rubrics with precise, verifiable standards for correct answers.
• Configure realistic business-system environments for AI agents.
• Solve each task to validate its logic and confirm that the rubric is accurate.
• Test tasks against AI models and calibrate their complexity, ambiguity, and required steps.
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when needed.

Required Qualifications

This role requires hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function at an industrial or enterprise company. You should be comfortable interpreting operational data and turning nuanced business workflows into clear, objectively testable tasks.

• Hands-on revenue or sales operations experience in an industrial or enterprise environment.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to interpret account and bookings data.
• Understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to define precise, objectively verifiable correctness criteria.
• Comfort working with email, chat, dashboards, and other multi-system business workflows.
• An iterative approach to testing and refinement.
