The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert enterprise tasks for training and evaluating advanced AI agents. You will translate practical RevOps and SalesOps knowledge into scenarios involving CRM records, orders, communications, fulfillment, bookings, and recognized revenue.
The role combines operational judgment with the discipline of defining correctness in a way that can be checked consistently. The opportunity is listed as entry level, but it requires hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related enterprise function.

What You'll Do
You will design realistic prompts based on common enterprise Revenue Operations challenges and ensure each task reflects a meaningful workflow. You will also validate your own work, test it against AI models, and refine the task until its complexity and intended challenge level are appropriate.
Write scoring rubrics with precise, verifiable criteria for correct answers.
Configure task environments that reflect real enterprise business systems and workflows.
Solve tasks yourself to validate their soundness and rubric accuracy.
Test tasks against AI models and refine ambiguity, complexity, or workflow steps.
Review and correct AI-drafted prompts and rubrics when necessary.
Requirements
You should be able to draw on practical Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in an industrial or enterprise environment. Strong CRM knowledge, including Salesforce proficiency, is required, along with the ability to query and interpret account and bookings data.
You must understand bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts. You should also be able to define correctness standards that are objectively checkable rather than relying only on general judgment.
Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related enterprise function.
Revenue operations or sales operations experience in an industrial or enterprise environment.
CRM and Salesforce proficiency, including querying and interpreting account and bookings data.
Practical knowledge of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition.
Ability to create precise, objectively verifiable scoring criteria for AI tasks.
Comfort working across email, chat, dashboards, and other business communication tools.
An iterative approach to testing, refinement, and task calibration.
Helpful Background
Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context is useful. Experience in enterprise B2B environments with complex deal structures is also helpful.
You should be comfortable explaining how specialized domain knowledge can become a challenging AI task with clear, objective grading standards.
