The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create expert training challenges for advanced AI agents. You will translate realistic Revenue Operations and Sales Operations scenarios into tasks with clear, precise, and objectively verifiable evaluation standards.

The role is fully remote and flexible, with a commitment of 20 or more hours per week. It is available to contractors based in São Paulo or elsewhere in Brazil.

What You'll Do

You will design tasks that reflect the kinds of interconnected business workflows professionals manage across CRM systems, orders, email, chat, fulfillment pipelines, bookings, and revenue reporting. Each task should be realistic, appropriately challenging, and objectively gradable.

You will also validate your own work by completing tasks, checking rubric accuracy, and refining complexity, ambiguity, and workflow steps. When needed, you will review and correct AI-drafted prompts or evaluation rubrics.

• Author realistic task prompts based on enterprise revenue operations scenarios
• Write scoring rubrics with precise, verifiable correctness criteria
• Configure task environments that reflect human business-system workflows
• Complete tasks to validate their soundness and rubric accuracy
• Test and refine task complexity, ambiguity, and required steps
• Review and correct AI-generated prompts or rubrics

Requirements

You should bring hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related enterprise function. The work requires practical knowledge of how CRM, bookings, fulfillment, and revenue processes fit together, along with the ability to convert professional judgment into clear evaluation standards.

• Hands-on revenue operations or sales operations experience in an industrial or enterprise environment
• Salesforce or comparable CRM expertise, including querying and interpreting account and bookings data
• Understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria for AI task evaluation
• Strong written English communication for authoring task prompts and rubrics
• Comfort working with email, chat, dashboards, and multi-system workflows
• An iterative approach to testing and refining tasks

Helpful Experience

Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context is helpful, as is experience working in enterprise business-to-business environments. These backgrounds can help you create tasks that accurately reflect complex professional workflows.

Schedule, Location, and Pay

This is a part-time, hourly contractor role with a flexible schedule and a workload of 20 or more hours per week. The position is fully remote and open to professionals located in Brazil, including São Paulo.

The pay range is $20–$50 per hour. English is required for the role.
