This remote work can offer flexible, part-time participation in a fast-growing technology field.
The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Slovak Language AI Evaluation Expert to review AI-generated Slovak content and create high-quality reference material for language model training. You will combine Slovak editing, localization quality review, translation assessment, content generation, and comparative evaluation of model responses.

What You’ll Do
You will assess whether AI-generated responses are accurate, fluent, idiomatic, culturally appropriate, logically consistent, and aligned with the prompt. Your work will include detailed written feedback, high-quality rewrites, reference answers, and structured comparisons of model outputs.
Create prompts and gold-standard Slovak answers across general knowledge, customer support, education, conversational writing, translation, localization, and culturally sensitive topics.

Write clear, idiomatic Slovak rewrites and model answers that preserve meaning while improving clarity.
Rate or compare multiple responses for correctness, fluency, fidelity, structure, safety, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
Requirements

The listing is classified as entry level, while the role description requires substantial language-work experience.
Native or near-native Slovak proficiency with excellent reading and writing ability.
Professional English proficiency at C1 or higher for following guidelines and providing detailed written feedback.
Deep knowledge of Slovak grammar, including cases, declension, conjugation, aspect, word order, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, tone, and style.
Ability to distinguish formal, neutral, conversational, professional, educational, and public-facing registers.
Strong attention to subtle meaning shifts, unnatural translations, terminology issues, ambiguity, and culturally mismatched expressions.
Ability to produce idiomatic Slovak rewrites that preserve meaning and improve clarity.
Ability to compare AI responses for correctness, fluency, cultural appropriateness, safety, tone, and register.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics, Slovak language or literature, translation, communications, journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least three years of experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language work.
