The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Rust Programming Language Subject Matter Expert based in India with C1-level English proficiency. You will contribute to AI training dataset development by reviewing, debugging, and correcting code generated by AI models.

The role is listed as entry level, while the project requires at least seven years of professional experience with Rust programming. You should be prepared to discuss what you have built or delivered using Rust, including relevant real-world examples.

What You’ll Do

You will assess AI-generated Rust code against industry standards and programming best practices. For each issue you identify, you will make an appropriate correction and clearly document and explain your reasoning.

The work requires independent execution, efficient task management, careful technical analysis, and consistently high-quality output.
