The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Lua Programming Language Subject Matter Expert based in India with C1 English proficiency. You will contribute to AI training dataset development by reviewing, debugging, and correcting code generated by AI models.

The project is classified as entry level in the source listing, but applicants must meet the stated qualification of at least seven years of professional Lua experience. This is a part-time contractor role paying $24 USD per hour, with a stated commitment of 20 or more hours per week.

What You’ll Do

You will assess AI-generated Lua code and make corrections that bring it in line with programming standards and best practices. Each correction must be documented clearly so the training data captures both the improved solution and the reasoning behind it.

• Review Lua code generated by AI models

Requirements

Applicants must have strong knowledge of Lua programming principles and the ability to analyze code carefully. Clear written communication is essential because you will need to explain complex technical concepts and document corrections in English.

The project requires candidates to be located in India and to demonstrate C1-level English proficiency. Applicants should be prepared to discuss what they have built or accomplished with Lua and provide real-world examples of their experience.
