About AI Training Work (Why voice matters)
AI training is the human side of building intelligence: people provide the examples, corrections, and recorded speech that models learn from. Voice actors and narrators are essential to training systems that understand natural speech, produce lifelike audio, and interpret tone and pacing.
This role gives you the chance to contribute to cutting-edge voice datasets while working remotely on a contractor, part-time basis — often with flexible scheduling and repeat opportunities based on performance.

A quiet, controlled recording space with minimal background noise.
Clear, consistent, and natural spoken delivery; fluent English proficiency required.
Ability to follow detailed directions about tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
Entry-level eligibility is acceptable; prior professional experience is a plus.
