The Work
You will create, review, and evaluate realistic military and federal communications used to train AI systems. The work focuses on clear, standards-aligned reporting and practical guidance for evaluating government writing.
You will work with supplied artifacts and prompts, then collaborate remotely with other subject matter experts to reflect different reporting styles and branch-specific terminology.
- Create status reports, summaries, executive updates, decision briefs, memoranda, and action officer updates.
- Write reference responses that show effective and compliant military or federal reporting.
- Draft rubrics and guidelines for grading military and federal writing.
- Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide detailed written and verbal feedback.
- Explain differences among Weekly Activity Reports, Situation Reports, After-Action Reviews, and executive summaries.
- Help establish benchmarks for effective government writing.
