The Work
You will review AI-generated military and Department of Defense reporting materials. Your job is to judge whether the content is accurate, clear, uses the right terminology, follows reporting procedures, and gives senior leaders useful information.
You will also help create realistic examples and scenarios for AI training. This includes checking whether information from different teams or staff sections has been combined correctly and whether reports reflect real military and DoD standards.
- Review Weekly Activity Reports, project and program status reports, performance or accomplishment reports, after-action reports, and budget execution reports.
- Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide precise written feedback.
- Assess military terminology, procedural accuracy, clarity, and information synthesis.
- Review reports and executive updates intended for senior military or DoD leadership.
- Develop and refine realistic military reporting examples and training scenarios.
