The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Legal Policy Presentation Review Expert to reconstruct and enhance executive-level presentations for legal, compliance, policy, and public services audiences. You will transform slide images into accurate, professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations while supporting AI training through high-quality, domain-informed work.

Assignments typically take 1-2 hours and are completed as flexible sprints. The advertised compensation is $150-$350 per hour, with a time expectation of 20 or more hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will recreate legal, compliance, and policy-related business slides from source images in Microsoft PowerPoint. The work requires both visual precision and sound professional judgment: preserve the source's intended meaning while making the presentation clearer, more persuasive, and more effective for senior audiences.

You will also explain the reasoning behind your revisions and intentionally retained choices, connecting presentation decisions to legal and policy logic.

• Reconstruct slide text, charts, layouts, and other visual elements accurately in PowerPoint
• Preserve legal and policy definitions, caveats, factual integrity, and intended meaning
• Improve visual storytelling, data visualization, message clarity, and content hierarchy
• Refine titling and select exhibits that support the central message
• Edit executive briefings, policy options analyses, committee updates, and public consultation materials
• Document the rationale for changes and retained choices using legal and policy reasoning

Requirements

This role calls for professional experience in legal practice, regulatory affairs, public policy, or the public sector, together with substantive exposure to compliance and governance issues. You should also be comfortable creating or editing executive-level presentations for senior decision-makers or client audiences.
