The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Korean-English LLM Training Analyst to support large language model fine-tuning through content analysis, online research, and scenario creation. You will validate information, develop analytical problem sets, and explain your reasoning clearly so AI models can improve their accuracy and reasoning capabilities.
This is an entry-level contractor and part-time opportunity. The work is remote and requires schedule overlap with the US Pacific time zone for approximately 2 to 5 hours per day. The role requires a commitment of 20 or more hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week available.

What You'll Do
You will work with written content and analytical tasks designed to test and improve the capabilities of large language models. Your work will combine careful reading, fact checking, creative scenario design, and precise written feedback.
Read and summarize large amounts of content into logical blocks.
Conduct online research to verify claims and facts.
Answer analytical questions involving data interpretation, logic, and arithmetic.
Create scenarios that test and train LLM reasoning capabilities.
Provide detailed annotations and feedback to improve model performance.
Work independently while maintaining reliable communication and output quality.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is mandatory. You should be comfortable analyzing written material, explaining conclusions, and providing detailed feedback in the required languages.

A reliable desktop or laptop with a good internet connection.
Availability for 20 or more hours per week, with up to 40 hours possible.

Preferred Background
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Professional writing experience is also helpful, including work as a business analyst, copywriter, journalist, editor, or translator.
Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.
Understanding of data interpretation.
Understanding of logical reasoning and basic arithmetic.
Experience producing clear, structured written analysis.
