The role

You will create, translate, adapt, and evaluate marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese to support AI training and model evaluation. This is contractor, part-time work (20+ hours/week) with remote collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Daily tasks focus on producing and assessing marketing materials in Japanese and capturing structured feedback that helps train and evaluate AI models.

• Create and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese.
• Translate and adapt marketing content for linguistic and cultural accuracy.
• Review materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment.
• Provide structured feedback and ratings that support model training and evaluation.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical remote stakeholders.

Requirements

You must meet the role’s language, education, and experience requirements and be comfortable working with common office tools.

• Native-level Japanese writing and speaking ability (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
• 3+ years of marketing experience with hands-on marketing documentation (required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical judgment for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment.
• Comfort giving structured feedback specifically for AI training and evaluation.

Helpful background

These are not strict requirements but will make you more competitive for the role.

• Familiarity with US or US–Japan business contexts and B2B/B2C global marketing standards.
• Experience with AI-related projects, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.

Compensation, schedule, and how to apply
