Hindi AI Quality Assurance Lead

The Work

As a Hindi Quality Assurance Lead, you will review AI-generated Hindi content and trainer QA work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards. You will give clear written feedback, identify recurring issues, and help contributors meet quality expectations.

You will also support Hindi documentation, onboarding, training discussions, workflow updates, and contributor activation. Your language expertise will help assess grammar, Devanagari, tone, cultural context, translation fidelity, and instruction-following.

• Review Hindi AI training outputs and trainer QA submissions.
• Evaluate work against project rubrics, style guides, and language guidelines.
• Check grammar, spelling, tone, register, formatting, meaning, and terminology.
• Identify mistranslations, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, incorrect gender or verb agreement, unsupported claims, ambiguity, and inconsistent terms.
• Provide written feedback and escalate recurring or critical quality issues.
• Answer questions about Hindi grammar, Devanagari, Hinglish, translation fidelity, terminology, and cultural context.
• Maintain Hindi FAQs, examples, trackers, onboarding materials, and other documentation.
• Support remote trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, and quality assurance contributors.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a part-time contractor role for an India-based contributor with strong Hindi and English communication skills. The work requires experience with language review and AI training or related quality workflows.

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: India only; remote work.
• Languages: Native or near-native Hindi and strong English.
• Experience: 3+ years in Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work.
• Required knowledge: Hindi grammar, Devanagari script, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, and India-specific cultural context.
• Team experience: Leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
• Tools: Comfort with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
• AI experience: AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, prompt-response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA.
